We do not collect or store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we only store payment references and status.
3. How We Use Your Data
3.1. Service Delivery
Your data is used to:
- Create and manage your membership account
- Match you with two other members each month
- Send you match emails with profiles of your lunch partners
- Process your subscription payments via Stripe
- Send you service-related updates and announcements
3.2. Profile Sharing
When you are matched for a lunch, the following information is shared with the other two members in your group:
- First Name and Last Name
- Profession
- Company (if provided)
- Email Address
- Phone Number (if provided)
- Website URL (if provided)
- Social Media URL (if provided)
By registering, you consent to this information being shared with your matched lunch partners each month.
3.3. Outreach by GP Creative Services
GP Creative Services (the operator of Founders Lunch Club) may use your contact information for the following outreach purposes:
- Service Updates: Informing you about changes to the lunch matching schedule, new features, or community news
- Marketing: Occasional emails about relevant services, events, or opportunities offered by GP Creative Services that may interest you as a founder or entrepreneur
- Community Building: Invitations to participate in surveys, provide feedback, or join community initiatives
- Business Development: GP Creative Services may review profiles (profession, company, website, social media) to identify potential collaborations or service opportunities with individual members
- Portfolio Review: Your website and social media URLs may be reviewed by GP Creative Services to understand your work and potentially reach out with relevant offers

- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to deliver the lunch matching service you signed up for

5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data for as long as your membership is active.
If you cancel your membership, we will delete your profile data within 30 days of cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion.
Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with Dutch tax law requirements.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
Your data is shared only with:
- Your Lunch Matches: Two other members per month, as described in Section 3.2
- Stripe: Our payment processor, for subscription management. Stripe's privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/privacy
- Email Service: Your email address is used to send service emails via our hosting provider's mail server
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. How We Protect Your Data
